JLR recognised that their showrooms were not reflective of the brand experience and as such challenged Beyond Digital with the question: “How do you make a showroom pay for itself?” Put simply, the challenge was to build premium experiences in showrooms which would engage customers and create a sense of excitement that they couldn’t find online.
We worked with the brand’s global marketing team to coordinate everything from consultancy and site surveys through to creative and support. The solution delivered a full-service suite of aspirational digital content that was built to support each stage of Jaguar Land Rover’s customer journey. Whether they were stepping into the premises for the first time, bringing their car in for a service or returning to pick up their new vehicle, we designed engaging solutions that ensured customer satisfaction whenever they entered the showroom.

We set the new standard for JLR’s showrooms – designing a ‘showroom of the future’ concept that creates excitement and anticipation for customers. We managed everything from content planning to implementation, working closely with their internal teams to first implement our concept in their flagship showroom before it was rolled out globally. The solution is flexible and can support a multitude of content requirements such as global messaging, national sales centres, franchises or specific dealerships.
