Premium showroom experience

JLR recognised that their showrooms were not reflective of the brand experience and challenged Beyond Digital with the question: “How do you make a showroom pay for itself?” Put simply, the challenge was to build a premium experience in showrooms which would engage customers and create a sense of excitement that they couldn’t find online.

Collaborating with the brand’s global marketing team, we managed everything from consultation and site surveys to creative support. Our solution provided a comprehensive suite of captivating digital content tailored to each stage of Jaguar Land Rover’s customer journey – whether customers were entering the premises for the first time, bringing their car in for service, or picking up a new vehicle.

Setting the bar nationwide

We established a new benchmark for JLR’s showrooms by introducing the ‘showroom of the future’ concept, igniting excitement and anticipation among customers. Handling everything from content planning to execution, we collaborated closely with their internal teams to debut our concept in their flagship showroom before its global rollout. Our solution is adaptable, catering to diverse content needs like global messaging, national sales centers, franchises, or specific dealerships.
