Centralising digital communications
Port of Tyne, a busy deep seaport in the North East of England, utilises digital corporate communications throughout its offices, rest areas, reception and their research and development-focused meeting room space, the “Innovation Hub”. In a fast-moving environment where people’s attention can be hard to capture, they needed a way to centralise their digital communications to wow their guests and keep staff on-site in the know. They needed an easily managed solution that could display a wide range of content including announcements, KPIs, documents, health and safety information and live data feeds. It also had to integrate with several complex data sources throughout Port of Tyne’s business and allow independent outputs on each screen.
